THANK YOU

Your Call is Booked

Here's a few things to help you prepare for our call.

I’m looking forward to chatting with you! Here's how it will go:

  • We’ll meet on a quick video call using the link in your confirmation email. Unless you specifically asked for a phone call with your phone number!

  • I’ll ask a few questions to understand what you’re working on and where you might be stuck.

  • You can ask me anything, this is your chance to find out about how I work, not a sales pitch.

  • If it feels like a good fit, I’ll walk you through your options and what working together could look like.

That’s it! No pressure, just a helpful chat to point you in the right direction.

Have a think about this:

Your Big Goal

What’s the main outcome you’d love to walk away with after working on this?

What’s Not Working

Is there something you’ve already tried that didn’t get the results you wanted?

Your Dream Setup

If everything worked exactly how you imagined, what would things look like?

To ensure I can support as many people as possible, the following terms may apply to our lower-cost tiers:

  • Reduced Income (£40):

    • Duration: Initial block of 12 sessions.

  • Limited Income (£20):

    • Duration: Initial block of 6 sessions.

Note: For both the Reduced and Limited tiers, you are welcome to rejoin the waiting list for further sessions once your initial block has ended, if appropriate for your journey.

Pro-Bono (Free) Sessions

Free sessions are available at my discretion. These are typically offered as a bridge to further support or based on specific immediate needs, but I have previously given trauma support and delivered group mindfulness courses to specific groups who struggle to access standard services, Please contact me directly to discuss this option.

Why is there a sliding scale fee structure?

Accessing Support

I believe that high-quality, one-to-one therapy should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their financial circumstances. My fee structure is designed to be inclusive, offering different entry points for those who might otherwise find private healthcare out of reach.

The 'Sustainer' Model

My standard fee is aligned with current rates for registered healthcare professionals. By opting for this rate if you are able, you directly help sustain the sliding scale, allowing me to hold dedicated spaces for those in our community with limited means.

A Foundation of Trust

The sliding scale operates on a good faith basis - I trust you to choose the tier that honestly reflects your current reality. If you are unsure which category applies to you, or if you would like to discuss potential external funding opportunities for specific communities, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Can I change the length of session, and does that impact the fee?

You certainly can — I offer reduced sessions, usually around half the standard length, for those who are pacing their energy or managing a condition. I also offer extended sessions, often for neurodiverse clients who find longer sessions beneficial. Fees are adjusted pro-rata. This can be agreed in advance so we can all plan and prepare, please feel free to discuss.

What if my income changes?

We often do not talk about money, and I encourage you to have these discussions. You can move down, and up, as your income needs vary if this helps you sustain access to therapy.

Can I apply for funding?

People from some groups may be able to apply for funding, or access support via other means, such as parents of those with seriously ill children, those within the Armed Forces Community, those who have not been able to access traditional Talking Therapies due to complexity of conditions (this can vary dependent on ICB - Integrated Care Board area) . Please contact for further guidance and signposting, we will do our best to try and support within our means.
