I don't just provide therapy; I bring my clinical experience to the field of mental health as a consultant, researcher, and educator. My background in high-pressure environments, military and systemic trauma, and long-term conditions gives me a unique lens. I provide tailored solutions that draw from this deep, practical expertise.

Project work: Need a consultant to shape a new mental health strategy for your team? I can design and implement bespoke programs that are not just theoretical but are grounded in real-world application.

Research: I engage in collaborative research, bringing a practitioner’s insight to help bridge the gap between academic theory and practical, on-the-ground needs.

Bespoke Teaching: I create and deliver specialist training, helping professionals and teams build skills that create lasting change in both clinical and corporate settings.

British Sign Language: Communication is the foundation of all healthy relationships and a core human need. I offer sessions where we can integrate this skill to enhance communication.
