Frontline and High-Performers

Beyond the Uniform: Transition Support for High-Performers

Specialist recovery and identity transition for athletes, veterans, and frontline professionals. Because the hardest mission is the one that happens after you leave.

When the task ends, who is left?

Whether the game ended due to injury, the uniform came off from a shift or for the last time, or you’ve reached the limit of what you can witness on the frontline, or injury brings it to a close, the transition is sometimes not the end.

It isn't just stress. It’s a loss of tribe, a loss of purpose, and often a loss of trust in your own body or even your mind.

Are you navigating this?

  • The Identity Void: Feeling like a stranger in a world that doesn't understand you

  • Moral Injury: Carrying the weight of things you or others did or did not do, or things that were done to you.

  • Betrayal: Dealing with the physical fallout of a career-ending injury or the memory of trauma.

  • The Switch Problem: Struggling to turn off the high-alert state required for the job when you’re finally at home.

I HAVE WALKED THE PATH

It is not just talking about feelings - it is understanding the change.

As a former international athlete whose career was abruptly stopped and I fought to find a way back that made sense for me, I know that identity can be tied to your physical or work capability. I understand the identity death that comes when the body or mind can no longer perform the role you love.

In high-stakes environments, trauma is often stored in the nervous system as readiness. My dual-expertise allows us to address this readiness and any physicality of trauma alongside the psychological transition. We don't just cope, we build a roadmap for your next chapter, on your terms.

Specialist Areas of Focus

Military, Veteran and Families: Understanding and navigating the differences in skills and standards within civilian life and processing the unique culture of service.

Military Sexual Trauma (MST): A safe space to process the betrayal and identity impact of MST.

Sporting Career Transition: Support for elite athletes facing retirement or the grief of a career-ending injury.

Frontline Burnout & Moral Injury: Protecting the mental health of medics, police, and emergency responders who carry the weight of public service.

Take Command of Your Life

You’ve spent your life being the one people rely on. Now, it’s time to invest in the one person who can carry you through the rest of your life: You. I provide a confidential, professional environment where high standards doesn't mean silence. Let’s get you back in the lead.
