Individual Supervision: A Space for Growth
My supervision services are built on the core principles of the BACP and HCPC, offering you a dedicated space for reflection and professional growth. Whether you're a counsellor, psychotherapist, or an Allied Health Professional (particularly physiotherapists) aiming to enhance your practice, I provide a collaborative environment to discuss complex cases, develop your skills, and safeguard your own well-being. It’s a commitment to your ethical and personal development, ensuring you can provide the highest standard of care with confidence.
Group Supervision: Building Stronger Teams
For teams and allied professionals, my group supervision sessions provide a supportive, reflective space grounded in BACP and HCPC standards. I facilitate a safe environment where your team can share challenges, celebrate successes, and learn from one another. This isn't just a meeting; it's an investment in your team's collective well-being and professional competence. By fostering open communication and reducing professional isolation, we build a more resilient and cohesive team ready to face the demands of frontline work.
Mentoring is a more holistic and career-focused relationship. It's about learning from an experienced guide who has walked a similar path, sharing their wisdom to help you develop your career, leadership skills, and personal resilience.
My mentoring services provide a strategic layer of support, focusing on career development, managing leadership challenges, and building psychological resilience. We can work together to define your goals, whether it’s meeting a specific competency for the BACP or HCPC or simply finding a trusted advisor to help you navigate your unique professional journey.
